AI Chatbot is an innovative project aimed at creating a comprehensive AI assistant that integrates multiple advanced features into a single, unified platform. Inspired by existing AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Google Assistant, and Perplexity, this AI Assistant app seeks to offer users a seamless experience across various digital environments, particularly iOS devices.
UX Design Process: From Concept to Final Design
For this app development project, I followed a structured and collaborative UX design process. It began with a first workshop with the client to clearly define the project scope, target users, and main objectives. I then conducted a benchmark analysis to gather insights and identify best practices. Based on these findings, I defined the core tasks and a project timeline. During a second workshop with the client, we focused on outlining the app’s key functionalities and user journey. I proceeded by creating logical user flows and developing low-fidelity wireframes, which were later refined into mid- and high-fidelity wireframes. Together with the client, we selected the color palette, brand style, logo, and icons, and created an initial design draft. The process concluded with the development of the final UI design, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with the project goals.

The primary problem this app addresses is the fragmentation of AI functionalities across different applications. Users often need to switch between multiple apps to access various AI-driven features, leading to inefficiencies and a disjointed user experience. AI Assistant aims to consolidate these features into one platform, providing a streamlined and cohesive user experience. The scope of the project involves developing an all-in-one AI assistant that can perform a wide range of tasks, including Chat AI, image, video and song generation, QR Code/Barcode scanner, recognition and translation services.
