E&C Wedding Invitation
about.
This wedding stationery suite was designed for Elisa and Carlo, with the goal of creating an elegant yet understated visual identity inspired by nature and simplicity. The concept revolves around soft botanical elements, airy layouts, and a muted green palette that evokes calmness, intimacy, and a refined contemporary aesthetic.
The suite includes the main invitation, reception details card, RSVP information, a wedding gift note, and a QR code card. Delicate watercolor foliage frames the content without overwhelming it, allowing typography and white space to play a central role in conveying elegance and clarity.
The overall design aims to balance romance and minimalism, creating stationery that feels timeless, personal, and quietly sophisticated.

challenge.
The project began with an exploration of the couple’s desired mood: natural, elegant, and modern without excessive decoration. Based on this direction, I developed a visual language centered around soft greens, botanical illustrations, and a carefully structured typographic hierarchy.
I selected a combination of refined serif typography for readability and a light script font for the names, adding a personal and emotional touch. The watercolor botanical elements were chosen to enhance the layout while maintaining visual lightness and harmony.
Each element of the suite was designed as part of a cohesive system, ensuring consistency across formats while adapting the layout to the function of each card. Particular attention was given to spacing, balance, and visual rhythm to achieve a clean yet expressive result.
The main challenge was achieving simplicity without making the design feel plain. Working with minimal elements requires careful control of typography, color balance, and composition so that every detail contributes to the overall elegance.
Another important aspect was preparing the materials for print production. The design relies on subtle color tones, soft illustrations, and fine typographic contrasts, which require precise color calibration, high-resolution artwork, and careful export settings to preserve delicacy in the printed result.
Ensuring consistency across different card sizes and maintaining visual coherence throughout the suite were also key considerations.

result.
The final stationery suite expresses a refined botanical aesthetic that reflects the couple’s personality and the atmosphere they envisioned for their wedding. The muted green palette, light watercolor foliage, and balanced typography create a calm and elegant visual identity.
From a production perspective, the artwork was optimized for professional printing, including CMYK color conversion, bleed setup, and high-resolution print-ready files. The printed materials maintain the softness of the illustrations, the clarity of the typography, and the tactile quality of fine paper stock.
The result is a cohesive and contemporary wedding stationery suite that communicates elegance through restraint, attention to detail, and thoughtful design.
